  127. Unzip the distribution file FAMCAL20.ZIP or FAMCAL.ZIP (if obtained from
  128. CompuServe) into a temporary subdirectory. Then at the Windows Program
  129. Manager select (FILE | RUN) and browse for the file SETUP.EXE in the
  130. temporary subdirectory.  Follow the instructions in the Setup program.

  132. Note: The file VBRUN300.DLL is required but not supplied with the
  133. distribution file in order to minimize the size of the distribution file.
  134. Chances are you may already have this file on your system.  If not, it is
